Over the past few years, Airbnb has become a competitive player in the travel industry - according to a recent study, Airbnb is growing its inventory much faster than the hotel industry is adding new rooms. However, having a constant stream of non-resident visitors can be a nightmare for condo and HOA boards, raising security concerns and complicating the enforcement of property rules.
