  • Marketing of available units through use of in-house leasing agents as well as outside rental agencies
  • Comprehensive Tenant Screening including Credit, Criminal and Employment verifications
  • New lease generation, preparation and execution
  • Development and Management of Preventative Maintenance Program

  • Development of an effective yet enforceable set of tenant rules
